One of those REALLY long days! I started out at 8:30am took the train to my bike at Delancey and Ludlow and rode the bike up to 63rd and Lex. I art modeled for the Society of Illustrators and their kids program, was dressed as Super Dance and I think that they enjoyed it! The fellow who was the guest teacher is they guy that does the illustrations for our currency, he does mainly coins! Pretty cool eh?
As I was walking out of the Society of Illustrators I found these posters for Burlesque shows that they had in the 1960′s makes me wonder if I know any of the Burly gals that performed in these shows, and what they were like and where they were in the building!?

So I met up with Shelly after modeling and we walked her dogs and went down town ate some food and rode over the bridge to my house. I was slowed down by a group of teenage boys, trying to hitch a ride on my bike as they were roller blading! It’s spring break so all the kids are out and about! Rehearsed for Blue, Bluer, Bluest for like 45 minutes, and rode back up town! I met up with my cousin, and on the ride over I saw a ton of blue construction materials, why is that the color of construction? I had dinner at a really bad kosher for Passover restaurant, the service was aweful, the food wasn’t good, and it was EXPENSIVE, blech, anyway I enjoyed spending time with my family, my three cousins and my grandma!
On my way home I stopped by Trader Joes and did some grocery shopping which included dried blueberries and blueberry yogurt, yum! This was the THIRD time I rode over the bridge and this time I had groceries in my baskets! Jeesh I was TIRED! So as I’m riding up the street to my house(it’s of course up hill the last quarter mile) these kids start throwing water balloons from at least 10 floors above, and of course they were blue balloons! Here I am exhausted, but I missed the balloon attack!

Can’t we name names? Or is that just wrong? Last year, I think we went somewhere better for Passover. Both still sucked. Either way, I’m ready for some real bread again. How about some blue cupcakes after the holiday?
